The thesis that is presented below, will provide a valuable aid to government of Econ. Rafael Correa and through this study, we seek to analyze the impact of employment on quality of life of people with special skills who work in the business sector of the north of the city of Guayaquil, once applied the reform in the code work according to Article 42 No. 33 and in this way, the government can determine whether the reform had the expected impact and take the necessary measures.
In this present study, it is discussed issues such as advocacy, employment, quality of life, social responsibility and various factors that have been through the features to find a job. It is a descriptive research, also called statistical research since it will use the survey tool to gather information in order to conduct an analysis of how the labor code affected the quality of life of people with special needs.
Surveys will make only to people with special skills who work in the business sector of the northern city of Guayaquil. We have established a sample of 72 persons to whom we will offer a form of questions that help us to prove whether or not the insertion labor improved the quality of life.
For this we will take into account variables such as quality of life and employment as well as the range of salaries and the main jobs posts that the same people occupy. |
