In this research, there is an analysis of the racist – regionalist memes in the social
network Facebook, specifically in the “Ecuatoriano Hijuepulpo” page. It is an
Ecuadorian page where themes of memes are expressed, of which the three racist
memes of Ecuador have been selected. In this analysis highlights the birth of
memetics on the web and its respective creation, with this analyze the narrative and
aesthetics of their contents, describing how is the process of building these, and then
be published on your Facebook page. From there you can visualize the creation of
the Administrator through the racist - regionalist memes he published on his page,
complementing each of them with a specific narrative.
The work will culminate with a survey of “memenautas” of the Coast Region and
Sierra Region of Ecuador, whose reading complements the results obtained in the
investigation. Also attached is an interview of the creator/administrator of "Ecuador
Hijuepulpo" page, where he gives us details of his page and clarifies to us doubts that
contribute to this investigation. |
