This paper titration, makes a description of the current problem which has headquarters Quito in the process of assigning physical spaces, while it presents a brief overview of the projects presented to solve this problem and describes the Project Schedule UPS that owns this job.
The developed system called "Managing Assignment Physical Spaces" is a desktop application implemented through the exclusive use of tools and platforms of free software, is addressed to the Directors of Physical Spaces campuses that make Headquarters Quito and allows these manage the allocation of physical spaces to class schedules and generating detailed by Classroom Teacher or Class Group reports.
