Sumario: For Feuerstein, children‟s cognitive modifiability involves the ability to enhance their intelligence through the timely adult mediation. The mediator agent, using his intentions, culture and emotions, selects and organizes the most appropriate stimuli for the student, so that in future situations he will be able to identify, classify and organize the most relevant stimuli to be learned. Based on this theory a phonetic stimulation guide has been developed. The guide uses a verbal and non-verbal language as an interaction mean with each other, in addition symbolic representations of our mental activity and the one from Espejo, Pifo and Calderon Community Development Centers beneficiaries. In this way, thoughts, ideas and knowledge are being transformed into words according to the pragmatic, morphosyntactic and semantic conditions from the districts where we performed our practices; also we accomplished daily activities that allowed us to build the Phonetic Stimulation Guide with a meaningful and functional view. The guide content is: Theoretical information. - This point will accost the fluency speech disorder focused on the phonetic area, describing concepts, characteristics, causes and effects. Practical development through exercises.- Improve and develop progressively weakened areas related to the phonemes acquisition and the way to articulate children‟s words, according to each skill developed in each other and the basic school year that corresponds; Based on speech therapy techniques
