This dissertation is a study that seeks to improve all areas of the company called
GLOBAL ALARM SECURITY SISTEMS CIA. LTDA. It is focused mainly on the
implementation of a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2008 which
tries to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and create continuous and
sustained quality improvement activities in the company
The main business activities of our company revolve around private security; this is
the reason why we aim to meet our potential customer needs giving them electronic
security, private surveillance, monitored and armed response and the best quality
customer services at affordable prices since we have as a priority to protect our
customer´s physical integrity. |
