Sumario: This work is focused on providing a entire solution to the energy problem in rural areas, where conventional energy sources, do not come easily, but with available resources by implementing technologies like the proposal, allow not only the energy supply, but contribute to the decontamination and consequent environmental preservation. In the particular case of biodigestion system proposed in this thesis, its performance will allow provide the energy demand required for pasteurization of milk in cheese develop process, which since 5 years ago, is the financial support of a family established in the community of Shanshipamba, that belongs to the Sigsipamba Parish, which is located in northeast of Imbabura Province. Design digester shall be based on energy demand and availability of existing organic waste. Respect energy requirement, is desired the sufficient amount of biogas to pasteurize 200 liters of milk, replacing the use of domestic LPG tanks. About the availability of organic matter, will be used the organic waste from bovine cattle, used to get milk, providing not only fuel production, but also the elimination of waste and obtaining biofertilizer.
