Sumario: This research will be the design of a model of Social responsibility for the Chova del Ecuador S.A. enterprise from the perspective of the employee the society and the environment. Its development is structured in four chapters; the same ones that will be detailed below. The First Chapter constitutes the Theoretical Foundation, where there will be described the fundamental aspects of the Managerial Social responsibility, the actors who are considered to be a part of the change and the concept of Social Marketing; in order to offer enough information to the public interested by the development of this investigation. In the Second Chapter there will be realized a Situational Analysis of the Company, which consists of the presentation of an Analysis FODA; of which the guidelines will be obtained to generate strategies of communication that facilitate the publication of the Model of Social responsibility. Additional a Market research will be executed to identify by means of the personal survey the main problems that there presents the current Philosophy of Social responsibility of the company. With the results obtained was the proposal of a model of Social responsibility that seeks to involve its employees and the community in social activities that the company, through the voluntary collaboration of the same. This model will feature action plans, schedule and budget. It was also structured communication strategies, to know the responsibility that the company exerts its operations, respect for the interests of its groups of interest and commitment that has to be responsible for socially and environmentally.
