The present work applies all the knowledge acquired through our career, for which
the following information is detailed: Information Technologies have contributed
positively in society, medicine is one of the fields most benefited especially in the
treatment of different diseases. That`s why rehabilitation has been used in
conjunction with the development of Video Games and the Kinect 2.0 device to treat
people with cognitive disabilities by emulating exercises of Fine and Gross Motor
function that they realize in their therapies of rehabilitation. In addition, it manages a
Video Games Engine and Natural User Interfaces that allow to emulate and interact
in a similar environment with the patients, motivating them to comply with their
treatment in a friendly and fun way, shortening the times of their recovery. |
