Informal open economies need to develop local markets with low costs investment for your benefit. One way is the creation of a Solidarity Fund that integrates traders in a given sector to encourage saving and responsible consumption with a mentality of long-term investment. This feasibility study for the creation of a supportive housing community support is focused on the policy of the social economy and has the following structure: In Chapter 1, the introduction, justification, the delimitation and the problem statement where the advantages, disadvantages, policies or regulations for the operation of the joint box including detailed analyzes generalities. Chapter 2 provides market analysis taking into account the analysis of demand and supply. In chapter 3 we have the methodological design and implementation of the survey to generate results that will serve for the realization of the proposal. Chapter 4 discusses the optimal size and project engineering. In Chapter 5 a study of administrative and legal conditions taking into account the entities that regulate economic and solidarity sector is made. Chapter 6 contains the financial study detailing the economic and financial information for project feasibility supportive housing. |
