The current work is addressed to find out the relevance of human being in the
productive chain and continuous required by people to generate personal and
collective wellbeing, to be reflected in the most competitive organizations in the
growingly globalized and demanding market.
The implementation of a training school for supervisors is intended to improve
performance of people developing that position, taking into account they play a core
role in the structure of Caves S.A. EMA Company. Revalorization of the supervision
position and priority to training in specific subjects, such as cost control, customer
service, personnel management, quality, security and occupational health, have been
proposed, prior adequacy analysis and provide necessary tools used for the proper
performance of their functions under relevant standards.
Likewise, an analysis was made on interaction of diverse areas in the construction of
information and strengthening generated by the company on communication,
teamwork, by creating a belonging and compromise sense among members of the
organization. |
