Currently in the District of Health 17D04 a manual registration of the activities of orders of laboratory exams and request, of input is carried out, causing delay in its distribution. This problem affects the attention to patients and the execution of the relevant tests performed in the different laboratories. For this reason it is not possible to have an exact administration of the orders of laboratory tests since the capacity of each laboratory to carry out exams is conditioned by the availability in stock of the needed supplies and to the number of requests of exams that have been carried out previously for the same date in the assigned laboratory. There is also no stock inventory in each laboratory, where, if necessary, an order must be made to the central warehouse to be able to supply the laboratory with the necessary supplies; if a laboratory is not available on the date of the patient examination request, a manual adjustment should be made to the date of the exam order, which results in a loss of time for both the patient and the administrative staff of the laboratory. Due to the foregoing, the need arises to develop an application that allows to have knowledge of the pre-analytic internal processes of the laboratories and, in turn, to facilitate, through the request for examination, a rapid attention to the patients of the district 17D04. |
