Sumario: This report covers the systematization of the experience of the process group intervention focused on strengthening self-esteem in 6 teenage mothers from 13 to 17 years Adole-ISIS Foundation Board San Jose Municipal project during the period from April to July 2015. The project takes as its theoretical reference Cognitive Model proposed by W. Riso, who suggests as elements of self-esteem self-concept, self-image and self efficacy. For group work techniques are used as cognitive restructuring negative thoughts about the person, presentation skills, motivation and analysis / reflection group mobilization towards participation, awareness and integration. This paper uses qualitative methodology to organize the information collected RE-TEST, field diary and participant observation, through three categories of analysis focused on changes evidenced in self-concept, self-image and self-efficacy. Similarly, the content analysis procedures and triangulation for information processing are performed, allowing better experience. You arrive at conclusions, which offer the possibility to reflect how the intervention on these three elements of self-esteem, has contributed positively in the mother-child relationship, the personal care of appearance and project planning of life, adolescent. Finally, recommendations for future similar interventions are derived.
