Sumario: Psychosocial risk factors have been the subject of international research for decades, although the focus in our country is recent. Its importance is undeniable today, with the new demands of a globalized world and technological boom that threatens the health of workers. The purpose of this research was to make the diagnosis of psychosocial risk factors present in the working conditions of the matrix address of a business organization, the security services and control of goods and persons, Quito, Ecuador sector. The study was conducted under an observational cross-sectional descriptive type with a qualitative-quantitative approach. Participated, prior informed consent, 80 workers and thanks to the commitment of all social party involved, a participation rate of 100% was obtained. In compliance with the technical and legal requirements in force in the country, evaluation of psychosocial risk factors was performed by the method of Navarro Institute of Occupational Health, suitable for conducting an initial assessment and address the need for the Organization to undertake a first study of the subject. The results are shown by a general evaluative profile and additionally has executed a descriptive analysis of percentage distribution by demographic and organizational characteristics to target exposure. Thus, globally, risk situations Involvement Participation, Accountability and Time Management, with inadequate categorization were identified in two variables. The other two variables Studio, Training, Information, Communication and group cohesion, are considered adequate working conditions. Finally, the necessary prevention measures adopted have been agreed with the parties involved and cater to different levels of intervention.
