Sumario: This project is a SCADA system whose aim is the control and monitoring from a master station that allows viewing through a man - machine interface (HMI) created using the LabVIEW software, the status of the variables of temperature, level, oxygen and pH by using sensors placed in the bioreactor. The HMI interface is made in LabVIEW software includes the same symbols and mimic diagrams tank bioreactor, alarm generation, database and historical generation. The proposed methodology includes the characterization of the bioreactor process, laboratory tests and field trials taking into account the physical and chemical variables involved in fermentation of pesticides. The goals achieved are based on the selection of sensors and actuators, the determination of the control system and the correct implementation of the SCADA system. Finally the project has been developed and implemented in the company Palmar del Rio SA NEGCORPBIS located in the province of Orellana canton The Coca as a pilot project as the company seeks to create its own biological pesticides avoiding purchase costs and environmental damage from chemical pesticides.
