This work arises from an interest in analyzing how the animated series have a complex message, being a cultural product that needs interpretation through its narrative elements of transgression of people and political situations as shown by the series The Simpsons and South Park . The cartoon above are not only meant to entertain, but to use a platform that manages a speech to protest against politicians, governments and the decisions they take, when kept in power. Thus, these narratives using the black humor and satire of current situations of society, expressing the political position of their creators.
From field research and purely qualitative attempt to interpret and analyze the narrative elements that shape the political parody in popular animated series, taking into account the theories developed from the visual language and how from semiotics born characterization of political life. |
