This paper aims at developing a minimum plan of prevention of occupational risks for
the company SAMIRA DASSUM - COLCHATEX, it is divided into three chapters.
The first chapter analyze the current legislation in our country such as the code of labor
and social security law, on the other hand, there are resolutions and national and
international agreements such as we observe the agreement 584 of the Andean Community
of Nations ( CAN).
In the second chapter the current condition of the company is evaluated, so this should
be taken into account the commitment in the safety of their employees, processes,
relationships, technology used among others. |
