The main purpose of this document is to define the factors that determine the quality
of microcredit after the granting of the credit institutions, based on the satisfaction of
the needs from the perspective of the financial institution granting the credit And the
beneficiaries of microcredit. The importance of evaluating the quality of microcredit
lies in its alignment with the development of small productive units, which are
implicated in an important sector of society that does not have regular access to
funding sources. The document states quality as a key variable for the competitiveness
of companies in their attempt to reach a greater market share, based on the
improvement in their customer service. The methodology used applies the internal and
external factors of quality assessment to financial institutions: Banco Pichincha,
Solidario, Produbanco and Cooperativa Andalucía. In the case of internal factors refers
to the information of microcredit in the financial institutions analyzed, based on
information from the Superintendency of Banks in order to measure bank management
and external factors is the perception of quality informed by the Clients who have
obtained a microcredit, this information was obtained through a survey applied to
selected clients of the mentioned institutions based on probabilistic sampling. The
main conclusion of the research indicates that the internal and external factors
consulted are favorable in the ex post quality of microcredit in the analyzed financial
institutions. |
