Sumario: The current business management model has focused its goals on planning its strategies to optimize material and financial resources, thus obtaining income at the lowest possible cost. On many occasions, the attention that human talent deserves has been left aside, which is not only significant for achieving success, but is the main driver of any company. Therefore, the competences of the collaborators must be addressed and improved so that they can be demonstrated in each of the functions of their assigned positions. Every company needs a direction, a guide that allows it to reach its objectives and goals set out in its strategic plan; for this, it is intended to have the support of its collaborators, who must interact with each other, even more, during a strategic merger process with another company. An instrument that will enable you to have a structure that will show collaborators what is required of each of them is the Manual of Functions with its respective organization chart. The development of this work corresponds to the systematization, design and implementation of a Manual of Functions for the company NEWLEAD, with the aim of improving and serving as a guide on structuring the positions of the company during its strategic merger process, promoting the responsibility and quality of the products and services we offer, focusing on growing and being competitive in the human talent management market.
