This document provides clear guidelines to the political and social organizations participating in an election process must be considered in the preparation and presentation of the financial report that is submitted to the National Electoral Council. It was felt the Movement of Plurinational Unity Pachakutik New Country -Lists 18 as the case study to identify the difficulties of complying with the requirement of accountability campaign to the regulatory body and poses an accounting and administrative proposal that allows for improvement and compliance with the arrangement .
Importantly accountability campaign is an obligation of the political organizations that participate in the electoral process, which is typified by the Constitution and the Code of Democracy campaign to ensure equal. |
