This work is composed about four chapters which are detailed for different activities of Radio Canela.
The first chapter is explained by fundamental theoretical concepts that describe what is the strategic planning, how it evolved in each decade there is and full content about the features and benefits additionally that refers to the internal and external analysis.
With respect to strategic direction is included the components which are integrated them such as the mission, vision, corporative values, objectives an explanation of the strategies that can be applied in different matrices that are used as a tool in strategic planning.
In the second chapter, it describes the background of the company, the portfolio of products that are by Radio Canela to its customers, and external analysis was performed to evaluate the different components, such as legal and political aspect of the country, in terms the economic aspect is analyzed each variable that can affect the normal development of the company as inflation, gross domestic product, interest rates, in the social aspect had been taken some variables such as customs, beliefs, culture tastes and preferences, on the technological aspect we evident the importance to explain the benefits that can be purchased with technological innovation.
Speaking of the microenvironment is an analysis of customers, suppliers and the competitor for the matrix to develop external factors. |
