The present work aims to develop the systematization of the experience around the
organizational emergence for the recovery of the communal lands of San José de la
Bolsa. This work has allowed to know the process of organization, strategies,
institutional linkages, empowerment, development tools around the community land
management, as well as strengths and weaknesses that has arisen within the
community.
The first chapter refers to conceptual aspects of the community, the sense of
community, indigenous organizations, and public policies around these guidelines,
for which it has been necessary to quote different authors that support this process.
In the second chapter develops the reconstruction of experience based on testimonies
and direct communication with the former leaders, knowledge of historical context of
communities, system of farms, agrarian reform and the importance of the land to the
peoples and indigenous nationalities of our country.
In the last chapter includes the interpretation of the experience and the lessons
learned from the entire process of struggle and organization. Mentioned aspects
through the unit, reciprocity, solidarity, have allowed to fight exploitation,
humiliation, poverty and more negative components that it was subjected to the
community, followed by conclusions and recommendations. |
