Nowadays inside of organizations the study of people’s behavior has a fundamental
role within every company; people have become the most important asset of study
because they help to achieve the organizational objectives. The organizations not only
manage administrative processes, but also emphasize the productivity of people that
contribute to the overall performance of the company. This systematization is
established to measure the performance of each person who works at the “Direccion
Distrital de Educación17D01”, through360° performance evaluation, once executed
the first performance measurement and information collected of results obtained, we
proceed to establish a development plan based on identified needs to increase or
enhance the performance of its employees, considering the need to present the
institution to have its team formed with right people, ready and able. After the second
performance evaluation, it could show if the training had an impact and check the
performance increase of evaluated employees.
After running the performance evaluation, feedback is important to each person tested,
so the officer can identify with a comprehensive view their performance within the
organization. If not fed back in a right way and a positive approach to evaluate, it is
more likely that the expected results are not obtained as the way the results are
presented, strongly influences the reaction and acceptance of the evaluated person.
Finally this research will make the respective conclusions based on the results of the
evaluations carried out with recommendations and areas for improvement of the
various weaknesses found in this measurement tool. |
