Sumario: This research project was developed for The Campinorte Company, located in the Province of Pichincha, Canton of Cayambe. The commercial activity of the company is to buy and resell of milk. Nowadays, Campinorte consists of 20 important milk recollection centers whose activity is also the collection and distribution of milk. This research project was done considering that the milk sector has been growing and that the company has the compromise of directors of Campinorte to lead the effort to achieve economical and social goals for partner producers. The problem in Campinorte is that at moment it is constituted only in documents and it does not have a financial and administrative management model. This model would generate economic resources and benefits inside of community of Cayambe and Pedro Moncayo. This research makes reference to the Analysis about professor Michael Porter´s Five Forces Competition Theory Model applied in the milk Industry in Cayambe and Pedro Moncayo. This identifies the productive Chain of milk and the strategies in order to get the results which help improve the efficient management of resources in Campinorte. The implementation of these strategies will increase the productivity and the quality of the milk sold by Campinorte. This study will also present conclusions and recommendations with emphasis on short and intermediate term solutions. It will generate the foundation of the industrialization of milk in Campinorte.
