Sumario: This project is about the application of social marketing in the "Home of the Elderly San Ignacio de Loyola", which is an organization dedicated to the care of the elderly poor. This entity has been managed with funds from the State through the MIES, as well as donations from the same society that have not been enough to address the needs of "HAMSIL" by the growing demand for older adults. Thus it seeks support of society through grants and proposals campaigns. The elderly population is an important part of society and is one of the most vulnerable due to the growing demand, by this reason; it arises applying social marketing in the HAMSIL, being an entity that serves the elderly poor. The design of a social marketing plan in HAMSIL is a project that the services provided would improve with the money from campaigns decent living conditions for the elderly is provided. The design of this marketing plan provides action plans strategies to be developed in 2015, and will applied in order to improve the services provided by the nursing home, its corporate image and income, with the aim of improving the quality of life of seniors who belong to “Home of the Elderly San Ignacio de Loyola”. This social marketing plan will allow obtaining resources for the senior center, under the proper administration that contributes to self-management and development of "HAMSIL".
