Sumario: Banderines Gutierrez Cia. Ltda. is a traditional family company with more than 50 years in the market company making and marketing Seri graphics products such as flags, banners etc… Delivering to the public products whit personalized designs. In recent years the company has not had good results, for the lack of updates in their processes and administration. The primary company's objective is to position itself as the best manufacturer of serigraphics products in Ecuador. For this we suggest implementing a marketing strategy that will help us to promote the company's products and increase our base of customers. We recommend to the company some activities such as:  To invest in a Website, social networks and radio commercials that help to recognize the mark, in order to get a major public quantity.  Training to all personnel working in the company, especially to sellers who have direct action with our customers, specialists' hiring for the different departments in which it is necessary to implement progress processes.  Increasing sales, we try to acquire new modern and bigger machines for a major production with more quality, especially of our products with major reception for our customers.  Create more nationwide branches to get more potential costumers.
