This research focuses its analysis on Inclusive Fair "Spinning Development", with the aim of determining the level of acceptance of the recruitment process in micro and small entrepreneurs -MYPES- of the province of Pichincha in the period of 2013-2014; considering for such purposes relevant aspects involved in their participation.
Chapter one contains the analysis of the current situation of MYPES in the state, also details the problems limiting their participation in the Inclusive Fair, causes and effects, and certain general and specific objectives in research.
Chapter two contains all the relevant information about the Inclusive Fair "Spinning Development" regarding history, conditions of participation, steps, rules governing the procedure, among others; also, includes information related to the role that MYPES have within the Popular and Solidary Economy.
The third and fourth chapters explain the survey made to the MYPES in order to determine their level of acceptance in the Fair as well as the analysis and interpretation of results.
Chapter five outlines the proposal which aims to include in the Electronic Catalogue the MYPES disqualified in the procedure, in order to contribute in increasing their economic and productive capacity.
Finally, conclusions and recommendations of the research are presented, which can be accepted to improve the procedure of participation in establishing the Inclusive Fair. |
