Sumario: This paper aims to show the relationship of communication with experiential therapies within the center "Walking Liberty" focused especially in the treatment groups was taken as study subjects to patients who are in that center. Thus giving the idea that the communication complies with regard to cross fields dealing therapies within the center, allowing a theoretical support both strategies and new meanings that provide for the development of people, as the origin and early treatment groups. Even if it refers to the relationships they have experiential therapies fields addressed in research, were found several times in knowledge, expectations and level of patient interest in participating in such therapies and its link with the communication found to be one of the main contributions in the development of people. For this, it has taken the specific case of experiential therapies and their link with communication as an object of study, to show how it serves to describe the design of a proposed new meanings for center patients, as communication through their specific contributions and in particular by the opinion sections are able to influence each patient belonging to the center and to project a new image of change in their lives. It also seeks to make a precedent of a model of communication related to a social environment that can be used for the benefit of students of the School of Communication the Salesian University in posterity
