In recent years there has been emphasis on user satisfaction for the quality of care provided in the health services , the continued investment in professional , inputs and budget allocations by the Government has placed health as a priority sector processes contributing to improved health management in accordance with the model of comprehensive health care .
The Department of Health No. 18 Nanegalito and health units, reflecting concerns about the quality of care, but the variety of shortcomings of medical organization and administrative coordination have affected the user's perception of quality care , because the patient evaluates quality health care not only in the end result ( if it heals or not), but also according to their needs, expectations and experiences. |
