The Centre for Research in Environmental-CIMA UPS Modeling is responsible for receiving projects to coordinate, plan and then submit to the University Council for approval, after approval is responsible for keeping a detailed analysis of each of the activities monitoring carried out in it, so that their progress does not have any setbacks.
This research is a response to the need of the Centre for Research in Environmental Modeling to have a computer system to facilitate and optimize the process of project management, counting on a confidential database for CIMA.
The function of CIMA - UPS is giving scientists the needs of environmental management on the contemporary effects of environment and recent changes in regional climate reliable information short-, medium- and long-term responses.
It is important to the development of the computer system to monitor the Project Management Research, since through it may improve the speed of processing, information retrieval is fast and efficient, there will be security on stored information, and therefore It is expected to facilitate and optimize project management.
Project management is the discipline of organizing and managing resources so that you can finish all the work required on the project within scope, time, cost and defined. A project is a temporary, unique and progressive effort, undertaken to create a unique product or service also. |
