Sumario: By applying surveys to a sample of 375 people of the parish was determined that the project goes into two major segments : 5132 people without telecommunications services and 1925 people with other telecommunications service providers and that this willing to switch CNT . By knowing the target market, and evaluating supply and demand that exist in the sector using the method of successive approximations, to later identify the unmet demand to be covered by the project considering the availability of technical infrastructure currently available to the sector in 14 plants for fixed telephony and internet.
