Upon recognition of the principle of interculturalism in the Constitution of Ecuador in 2008 generated a new framework for project management and public policy, but technical and theoretical discussions do not reach a consensus on the applicability and functionality of intercultural, which strikes us that has generated a paradox; How to apply the right that we cannot be clear what its imply?
From the visions of intercultural education as a project, political project under study or implement a system framework for multiculturalism, this study takes up the discussions to find practical applicability within relationships in the neighborhood Cochapamba Sur at north of Quito from the study of the psychosocial and cultural practices, with a broader view of culture and no longer respect traditional indigenous mixed-race, it should be short to apply on the diversity and debts that governments historically have with other peoples and cultural groups that require presence today. |
