The principal objective of this thesis is to make a documental video that shows the diferent kinds of living and habitants from Puerto Quito this town is located at north side out of Pichincha province, in order to share the real history to the young new generations. Then they can know about our culture and the pincipal characters of our town.
For the production was necessary to make a thoughtful theoretically research, this study is structured into three chapters sequentially processed.
The first chapter provides the theoretical concepts of communication, where it is stated that communication is the process of social interaction through symbols that occur as part of human activity and it is hard to imagine a life where there is no communication.
The second chapter presents the history of the canton (foundation, parochialization, cantonización), colonization of black pioneers and mestizo settlers, just as the life of these founders, their local economy and their beliefs and imagined.
Finally in chapter three, where we will see the process of ethnographic documentary. Once the video is available to the puertoquiteño’s community. |
