New political-cultural events take place within new digital media such as the
Facebook website. Social networks within political processes of nature counter
power are generated; public opinion is influenced by prosumers of information
generated response to democratic processes; culture currently in change or mutation
face new scenarios for meeting and creation of knowledge and information. The
power and politics are decided in the construction process of the human mind
through communication Castells (2012). The credibility of the information
