This project shows the initial part of the background to the research, which have been identified objectives research depending on the problem set. In the second chapter are outlined the theoretical bases that make up the strategic plan, strategic management and the Balanced Scorecard that will guide the proposed study performed. The study of the company is the third section of this project, which includes the factors are involved in external and internal development Insurance Fund Mandatory Traffic Accident. The fourth chapter presents the development of the strategic plan which, allows through defining applicable strategic initiatives through the balanced scorecard to the FONSAT development. |
