The formation of the radio speaker "The Horn" is a project developed in the parish of
La Merced which has a population of 8,394 inhabitants and its proposed social open
a window for the proper practice of local participation and participatory
communication building intergenerational processes of inclusion, creating a radio so
that different organizations can strengthen from communication and participation of
public spaces , actions and decision-making for the benefit of the community, and
use it as a social therapy to strengthen the human relations within the parish, thus
improving the communication channels among its inhabitants. |
