Sumario: The present manual offers a response to the empresarial necessities that reffers about an internal comunication that is because it presents practical guidelines to carry out an organizational diagnosis; and also the effective and efficient use of the comunication tools for the internal public. Many theories of global and corporative comunication have been exposed by experts with the objective of interpret the different arguments to construct a practice tool that could offer effective comunicative solutions for “Diners Club Ecuador” In this case, the social responsable corporative activities that “Diners Club Ecuador” realises have been analyzed; and also the various means of communication currently used, for in this way seek the appropriate mechanisms to disseminate and systematize such initiatives to involve their partners with the community, in an honest way. What will be achieved with the development and implementation of this manual of internal communication is to give back to the community and the environment in a certain way what the company offers; and also improve the humanitarian development and ecological sense among all members of Diners Club, forging better workers and better citizens that are committed with the integral development of the society and thus obtaining a recognition and improvement of the institutional image.
