Sumario: |
The physical properties and chemical composition of the essential oils of the leaves
Peperomia inaequalifolia and Piper pubinervulum, and rhizome Renealmia
thyrsoidea subsp. thyrsoidea were evaluated. For this, it was performed a distillation
by water vapor dragging, obtaining yield percentage 0.161%, 0.049% and 0.047%,
respectively.
A series of analysis were developed for identification of the chemical composition of
the oils as gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry, thin layer
chromatography -that allowed to obtain a fingerprint and the isolation of certain
chemicals- and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance to confirm the major compounds. |
