This systematization it is based on describing the experiences gained during the
project, it allowed to make an analysis and diagnosis about the work environment in
the Administrative Department of the Firm New lead and it also allowed to create an
improvement plan.
The project began with the design of a communication plan about the working
environment workshop that was provided to all the administrative staff and executives
of the organization. Policies of the evaluation of work environment were implemented,
to have a responsible management of the information that provides this study. The
digital survey was developed and implemented with the help of the Typeform tool.
This platform is used by all administrative area staff. The results obtained in the
evaluation, made possible to know clearly what factors need improvement, as these
elements may be causing discomfort or affecting the work performance of employees
in the area.
Having identified the factors causing discomfort to create a plan of action, which will
be handled and executed by the Firm. The main purpose of the plan is to improve the
evaluated factors, increasing the level of Satisfaction of employees on their workplace
and avoiding the flight of talent, there will be greater work performance and the
company can provide a better service. |
