This would permit to modify, analyze, adapt and restructure the controls and follow up to improve the results of the company, controlling the effectiveness, the efficiency of administrative functions, and other aspects of development such as growth, profitability and liquidity.
To perform the evaluation of internal control that owns the company we used the method of questionnaire, its means asking questions that allow us to identify gaps and weaknesses of controls in each department that owns the company ACLIMATIC CÍA. LTDA., which is responsible for the installation, designing and maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation.
In this evaluation we have determined that the company currently has no policies, processes, procedures correctly established, and has no updated organizational structure that would permit maximize and assign the company efficient resources to improve the processes and achieve the objectives raised.
Another important aspect that we could appreciate is that the company does not have the necessary staff to distribute the workload and meet all the activities because the functions of each employee, are not established and it has caused disorganization in the company.
For this reason, we made to proposed that the company can have an internal control system in order the company to be able to develop its activities in a better way, optimizing its resources and strengthening its image, thus achieving the objectives set in the given time, and in turn creating a better working environment, to prevent the overload of overtime pay mend, and other improvements in company. |
