The population has access to land through various mechanisms and occupation
appropriation, which are: The legal - formal, informal - irregular; mechanisms
respond to structural economic dynamics of the land market and
real estate, whose dynamics of supply and demand has led to a series of
problems like the presence of informal land market, the effect that:
"The formal supply system ground does not work in the case of many people; the
land prices are skyrocketing; people exchange lands and rights
property regardless of legal status as a way of accessing a place to live and
legitimize their right to the city "(Cioly, Claudio Jr, 2007 :).
