The purpose of this project is to revitalize the EIB, in school, "General Condorazo" is designed to strengthen their cultural identity and thus the Kichwa language that is slowly vanishing.
The struggle of the organizations at the national , provincial and the Indigenous Movement of Cotopaxi , particularly if the organization second grade "Pallamukuy" and the base community Apahua , elucidate level was in 1988 with the creation of Intercultural Bilingual Education System and the course of three years, and it had the Intercultural Bilingual Education Model , which itself was structured policies, principles, aims and objectives direccionalizaban compliance in all educational institutions of the EIB. This has not been internalized to the present by the educational community. |
