The purpose of this research was to conduct a diagnosis supported by the student data to
identify whether children's literature, applying different methodological strategies,
serves as a resource for strengthening values in children aged 6 to 8 years .
Methodologically, this research is descriptive, using, as designed, it is a research field
that allowed critically analyze the theoretical foundations of values, determine rates of
assimilation of values using children's literature, whether children and girls know and
strengthen its applied at school and home values.
The sample consisted of children of eight and nine who were found in their family life,
sensing that there is no technical values education aimed at children, but an empirical
education with examples, daily thoughts and suggestions at home, oriented good
behavior: be restrained, tell the truth, be honest, be respectful, etc.
The application of methodological strategies through children's literature has made
children improve certain attitudinal aspects, making practice solidarity, honesty and
ability to contribute positively in the educational and social environment. The values are
not acquired from one day to the other, it requires a long communication and education
process to enable children to live in a society where they learn to balance their personal
desires with the need for social group so you can become a citizen with sufficient
values. |
