Currently, the use of Android smartphones, web services, data warehouse in the cloud, georeferencing and mobile applications are essential in people's daily lives, So developing a mobile application containing detailed information on interprovincial transport cooperatives quickly, reliable and simple way will help citizens mobilize on interprovincial buses within Ecuadorian territory.
The purpose of this project is to take advantage of technology to provide a practical guide so that users can obtain simple, effective and updated information from Ecuador's interprovincial transport cooperatives stored in a database in the cloud without the need to go to a land terminal, Office of parcels, telephone calls or web pages by that information. Scrum methodology is used for this Project, for its agile and light way of approaching the development of the mobile application.
In this way, the information search of the interprovincial transport cooperatives of Ecuador is optimized and automated, as to a general details, schedules that could take you to a destination city that the user chooses, also the names, addresses and locations of the land terminals within the Ecuadorian territory through a map of georeferencing, and finally a simulator to buy Seating tickets of the interprovincial transport cooperatives of Ecuador. The result obtained in the Play Store shows the great acceptance of users with a rating of 4.6 stars and 50 downloads in a week. |
