This thesis topic has as goal to determine how feasible is to open a new Fundacion Coaching Empresarial’s Branch in Cuenca city, aimed at training and vocational training; this research is based on the information requested to different sources, the one that have allowed developing every chapter established in the thesis design.
On this research has been established the commercial, technical, organizational and financial feasibility of this project to be developed in Cuenca since there is a large percentage of unmet demand for the services provided by Fundación Coaching Empresarial through SETEC’s financing.
The Financial Study, the Financial State of the branch is made based on the matrix, then the same economic analysis is performed by determining the rate of return and profitability ratios. Finally was drawn their conclusions and recommendations in the final evaluation. |
