Sumario: The present project will contribute to the academic development of the Escuela Concentración Deportiva de Pichincha located in the city Of Quito. Covering your needs of infrastructure of network in the areas to intervening: administrative officer, educational and student. The internal network of the educational institution has access to Internet. And there is subject to a users segmentation by Vlans (virtual local area network), defining profiles and policies of access, by means of lists of access (ACLs) .These are defined according to their role((authorities, teachers and students) within the institution. With respect to structured cabling was used UTP Category 6.This category is very accessible, versatile and economical with a star topology, the base of it is in a rack installed in the administrative area for physical safety and contains ,(1) Router (1) switch and (1) patch panel with connections. Wireless access is by an access point that radiate the same microwave network in the 2.4GHz frequency unguided as a means for connecting host also offering three SSID which are ECDP-ADMINISTRATIVE, ECDP-TEACHERS, ECDP- STUDENTS. The addressing scheme used and the network 192.168.0.0/24 network was configured VLAN. VLANs configured in the network are: teachers, administrative and students This project link graphic applications offered by the wide world that is offered by the Internet handled by highly trained teachers in the exploitation thereof in favor of student welfare, the latter being the big winners to obtain current information regarding changes which may offer the world they inhabit. This proposal will provide a communication network that will help optimize the resources are there today and will serve as a tool for development of teaching and learning. It will also serve as a support for institutional academic activities.
