Sumario: This project is carried out taking into account to improve the production capacity of AHCORP, due to cutting tools that use their machines planers and jointers (straight blade) in order to recover its cutting edge through the grinding process it is necessary to send them out of his plant. As a result the design and construction of a "grinder for edges of straight blades, with automation of work head" is the best alternative found to achieve the above-mentioned objective; due to reliability, versatility and low cost of production that represents with respect to a nearest international supplier contacted. For this reason, the design of the machine will begin with research of all components involved in the process of grinding of a cutting tool, which we have the right choice of a grinding, size of granulation of the wheel, the binder of the wheel, the rpm suitable for the process and the amount of refrigerant required and an additional aspect of the project that is enforced without damping vibration analysis that occurs in the grinding wheel engine starting. As you go through the thesis in the second chapter are carried out calculations of each of the components that are needed for the conception of the design of the machine; According to the standards necessary for the proper accomplishment of the grinding process, the dimensions defined in the scope of the project and the suppliers of materials and supplies in the business environment of the city for faster clearance and technical advice if the client requires it. AUTODESK INVENTOR 2013 and AUTODESK AUTOCAD MECHANICAL 2014, computer programs that provide many benefits to the users of interpretation and calculation is used for the realization of shots and cutting machine.
