The reason underneath this research of the investigation is to deepen and analyze the social – historic transition which has mutated “La Clementina” farm, and its people’s instinct; As a matter of fact, they are at the same time, affected by the double role they play. One on hand, as the farm´s owners because they are members of the cooperative which rules it, and on the other hand, as employees of the same business.
So, the intention of the essay is to evidence the perspective which shows the historic reality that remains in the farm system and its power over land dominance in the country. Another goal is to show transition that the government with the cooperative and public institutions together are doing to boost and generate strategies and results that benefit the employees and reinforce the cooperative’s reliability and the farm through them, in order to produce and distribute common wealth and the conviction that now own the farm. |
