Sumario: The purpose of this project is to design and improve the process for personnel selection of a family business, taking into account that it is a project focused on the human talent of the company, this company has been in need of improving this process due to its commercial growth and the demand to standardize the profiles for each area; at the moment the company does not have established procedures of profiles of current personnel neither for the new requirements that the market demands, since the operation of the family company has been empirical since its inception to date. The collected information are formats according to the requirements that are presented to improve the Human Talent of the company. In addition to this we have quantitative aspects such as interviews for competencies, taking of psychological batteries, taking of technical tests, lifting of job references, and other tools.
