In the world, and about forty years ago, begins to take shape the idea of using ICTs for development work; this, adopting the premise of "moving the work to the worker and not the latter to work." This form of work, coined the equation: Work + Distance + Technology, which is now known as telework, which is considered as an alternative to employment generation, especially in Europe, and is slowly gaining ground in the community American; and a little over ten years ago, was pronounced regard, the International Labour Organization (ILO), giving the necessary for the regulation of the same patterns. |
