Sumario: The economic development is based on the industrial sector, Pymes still an important group thereof in which the present work focused, for this new company dedicated to industrial maintenance can reach a successful development in the country. Thus, the company Cienfora Cia. Ltda., must increase their sales by continuously attracting new customers who need such services, through a proposal based on digital and conventional multiple strategies to reach and inform consumers about the quality or benefits provided by the company. By applying all the proposed strategies could increase the current portfolio of clients allowing further increase revenue permanently for better business development and contribute to the economy of our country. Cienfora Cia. Ltda., is located in the city of Quito, in the Quitumbe parish, this company was formed a year ago by enterprising engineers in this complex area, using knowledge acquired by years of education and experience which allow providing services quality companies need to ensure continuity of production or business. Therefore the company wants to have a portfolio of satisfied customers that allows increase revenue, being necessary for this purpose implement this proposed marketing strategies, helping the company more competitive achieving a benefit of its shareholders and the country.
